A roof rack may come as the raised-side rail roof rack or the track-style roof rack. The raised-side rail roof rack is an SUV rack that features raised side rails or a gap between the side rail and the roof of the vehicle. It runs from front to back on either side of the car. The track-style roof rack on the other hand features flush-mounted side rails, but like the prior roof rack, it also runs from front to back of the car on either side.
